SEPTEMBER 2017
In this month, Kevin Boes, Roel Hesselink and Martijn Logtenberg got the idea to start a translation agency to change the translation market. Back then, the idea was to translate CVs at minimum rates and with the help of student translators.
FEBRUARY 2018
After working hard on the implementation, we got our first translator, first reviser and first customer.
We also launched our first website.
This marked the beginning of Young Translators!
OCTOBER 2018
After more than a year of being in business, we became more professional. We launched our second website.
JANUARY 2019
In the beginning of 2019, we made improvements to our process, the most important was that all translations were now being done via Smartcat.
MAY 2019
We grew faster and faster and continued to make improvements. This included our customer management, where we started our after sales strategy.
JUNE 2019
We started our first book translation!
JULY 2019
New quality improvements were made to our process. We started a new process, where the writing style analysis was done with each translation.
AUGUST 2019
We implemented a new feedback system, in which revisers provide feedback to translators in the form of improvement tables after each translation. This allowed us to focus more on translator development.
DECEMBER 2019
In 2019, we grew 10x bigger compared to 2018.
APRIL 2020
We also implemented a testing system for revisers and got our own Client Portal.
